- Items will ship within 72 hours of placing order (we strive to ship within a few hours of placement)
- All Pendant orders shipped vis U.S. Post Office ground (unless rush delivery is needed)

- Legacy Glass LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy of USPS/UPS/Fed Ex tracking or estimated arrival time. No refunds or credits will be given for any shipping delays.
- All sales are final. No returns or refunds are allowed except in the case of items damaged during shipping.
- Any damage resulting from shipping must be reported via email (email@example.com) within 12 hours of delivery. All damage reports most include pictures of the box that it was shipped in, the piece and any and all packaging items surrounding the piece. Please unpack carefully. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly re-pack items being returned due to damage. If any additional damage is done due to improper shipping, no refund, credit or replacement will be offered.
- Legacy Glass LLC holds the right to deny any damaged return if there is any evidence of products use or any evidence of mishandling by the customer.
